Terms & Conditions for Just Lashes Eyelash Workshop. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Just Lashes, a subsidiary of Plein De Vie Studios, located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, and the participant registering for the Eyelash Workshop (“Participant”). By completing the registration process, the Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
- Payment and Refund Policy: a. All fees for the Eyelash Workshop are non-refundable. b. The workshop fees are non-transferable to any other individual or workshop.
- Attendance: a. Only the registered Participant is allowed to attend the workshop. b. No additional persons, whether accompanying or otherwise, will be permitted to attend the workshop.
- Workshop Date: a. The workshop date is subject to change at the sole discretion of Just Lashes. b. In the event of a date change, Just Lashes will make reasonable efforts to notify Participants in advance.
- Late Arrival: a. Latecomers will be required to join the workshop at the current lecture point. b. No separate explanations or backlogs will be provided for latecomers.
- Force Majeure: a. Just Lashes shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, or any other force majeure event.
- Indemnity: a. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Just Lashes and Plein De Vie Studios harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Eyelash Workshop.
- Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai.
- Modification of Terms: a. Just Lashes reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes.
By registering for the Eyelash Workshop, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
